At AUTOONE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AUTOONE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
